Kesar Sabudana Ladoo – How to Make?
Kesar Sabudana Ladoo (Kesar sabudana ladoo)
1 cup sabudan
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon saffron
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon ghee
Wash sabudana and wash them in water for 6-7 hours.
Slice the saffron into 1 teaspoon water
Repeat it after the saabudana is mixed.
Heat a ghee in a pan.
Pour sabudana in it and lightly stir it for 5 minutes.
Then stir the sugar and saffron water and lightly stir it.
After about 10 minutes, put the cardboard in it.
If the sugar dissolves and the saucadan pen is released, then let the gas cool down and cool off
Turn ghee in hand.
Serve out with cashew or pista.
